Since he started surfing six years ago, José has shown a consistent commitment to his development as a surfer. With the upcoming start of his university education, he aims to balance his studies with his love for surfing, demonstrating his determination and time management skills.
José López has excelled as a national junior surf champion in Panama, an achievement that highlights his skill and dedication on the local waves. Despite his successes, José is not content and aspires to continue competing in international competitions, where he will compete against some of the world's best surfers.
His goal is clear: to reach the top of the World Surf League (WSL). José dreams of competing in the world's most prestigious circuits, facing the most talented surfers, pushing his limits with every wave he rides, and elevating the sport of surfing in Panama.
José López is ready to work hard and push his limits. He dreams of reaching the world's top in surfing and has a significant goal on the horizon: the ISA World Junior Surfing Championship in Brazil, taking place from November 25th to December 3rd. This will be his last junior world championship, and he's determined to give his all in the water to leave a lasting impression.
