Abad, born on April 18, 1990, in Mexico, has forged himself as a Nutritionist, accumulating over a decade of experience as a nutritionist. But his passion for sports took him even further, becoming a Training Coach with 15 years of experience under his belt

In his journey, he founded @InfinityGames, a reflection of his commitment to the world of fitness and physical performance. But his achievements didn't stop there. In 2016 and 2022, he accomplished the feat of qualifying in the Miami @wodapalooza competitions, representing Mexico with honor

The year 2023 marked a milestone in his career. He was selected as part of the Master national team to compete in Vancouver, Canada, from September 30 to October 2. A dream that has been brewing for years and is now just two years away from becoming a reality: competing in the CrossFit Games in the Master 35+ category. His determination has led him to become the runner-up in the Pacific Games in the Elite category and reach the semifinals in the 2023 Open Quarterfinals

But Abad is not satisfied with anything less than excellence. He has his sights set on his next goal: competing in the CrossFit Games in the Master 35+ category and achieving victory in Vancouver. His passion for CrossFit and Functional Fitness extends beyond himself; his burning desire is to inspire his daughters to never give up and understand that dreams can come true. He also strives to motivate the younger generations, reminding them that it's never too late to pursue their own dreams

The next chapter of his story will take him to the International Functional Fitness (Senior & Master Canada) from September 30 to October 2, 2023. Francisco is grateful to everyone who has supported him on his journey to success and seeks additional support through the Corremartin network
